MDP Integration

Adapt atmospheric_profiles to a good format for pre-processing the MDP data.

Need to check:

• Fit function
• Plots
• Adapt AtmosphericProfiles() class to the correct LPP format
  • init
  • run
  • cancel
  • plot
• AtmosphericProfiles() already tested, need to test it within the LPP environment, no need to do unit-tests
