HG and LG FF time is not equal

I preliminary study showed that HG and LG camera median time are slightly different and that this difference depends on the integration window (~1 ns for (8,4) window, ~0.5 ns for (12, 5) window). We need to verify this, understand the origin of the difference and evaluate wether it is necessary to add an inter-gain time calibration
