Incompatible with fitsio 1.1.9 or later

The interface of read_columns_as_rec in fitsio was changed in May 2023 and it requires one more argument for sorting functionality. We cannot read the binary table because of this change. Using fitsio version 1.1.8 is a quick workaround.
