Centralize performance test tools and integrate them with sag-parametrization developments

We run a set of tools (valgrind, maqao, benchmarks) on sag-reconstruction that would be nice to centralize in a single place, and produce a common report. This work has been started in phoenix-shredder but needs consolidation and integration with the development of other repositories

Task list:

• package phoenix-shredder with pixi (waiting on maqao to be available as conda package)
• feature: have the shredder clone and build the projects to analyze (each project would have a configuration file for the shredder)
• optional: allow to merge different reports together to see evolution between versions
