overlap in page header for long document title

Looks like when document title is a bit long, there is unfortunate overlap in the page header, e.g. here.

Could you please advise?

By the way, I am just creating and assigning the issue at my best judgement, but I am not sure if this is the accepted course of action here. Please let me know if this is the right way.
