change all "MC" definitions to "Simulation/Simulated"

We have made an effort to avoid jargon terms like "Monte-Carlo" to refer to simulated quantities, but a few still exist in this glossary. I suggest we always use simulated/simulation as appropriate, and only use the term "Monte-Carlo Simulation" inside the definition
