minor website issue: title missing

If you are not on the main page of the developer docs, you can't tell what website you are currently reading. I.e. the top-level title "Developer Documentation" doesn't appear in the header or the table of contents. It's in the URL, but way at the end, and not always shown. Maybe make it look like CTAO | Dev Docs in the logo or change the Home icon in the breadcrumbs to be the title?
