Create all files in a .toolkit directory
Summary
The list of files created by the toolkit is getting longer and longer, this is somewhat annoying as gitignores have to be updated and the cwd is cluttered with things that are not part of the project.
I would propose to create files only in a .toolkit subdirectory (downloaded executables, logs, etc.).
