Re-running make is stuck in helm upgrade waiting for all failed pods (including those of of previous runs) to disappear

Summary

The waiting logic in the toolkit means it's stuck waiting for pods to disappear:

2025-10-08 10:49:07 WARNING [359140]: Found 1 pods not in Running or Succeeded state: dpps-pytest(Failed)
2025-10-08 10:49:07 INFO [359140]: Waiting for pods to be ready, attempt 2/60
...

It only works if one deletes the offending pod manually with kubectl.

It's also a bit hard to discover as the log is hidden in /tmp/...
