Containers for optical throughput calibration metadata

Summary

We already have the container for storing the results of optical throughput calibration. Now need to create also containers for storing appropriate metadata tables. As a draft, I will use the DB schema from Issue #135 (closed).

What is the expected correct behavior?

New container classes in the calibpipe/throughput/containers.py module, for the:

• MetadataContainer, and related containers:
  • ContactContainer
  • ProductContainer
  • ProcessContainer
  • ActivityContainer
  • InstrumentContainer
