Camera calibration routines

Summary

Write a description of the camera calibration routine(s) with the pedestal, FF and time calibrations.

• The description of the routine shall be implemented in CWL and as a textual document in the doc section.
• It should describe the inputs, the process and the outputs
• It should be supplemented with the default configuration files allowing to launch the end-to-end camera calibration routine.
