FRAM calibration

Summary

Implement functionality that will digest and analyse FRAM monitoring data in the same format as ACADA will provide to DPPS.

What is the expected correct behavior?

TBD We have to decide what we will do with the FRAM data, ie what's the main, alternative and exception scenarios. This will be decided in the usecase. Here for the moment we will link all the relevant issues in calibpipe.
