Make a tag and an release in gitlab.

For successful release, verify, by inspecting release report:

• SonarQube QA gates pass
• Dependencies updated to required versions
• All planned UCs and Requirements satisfied

• Helm charts
• Container images
• CWL
• Documentation
• Release report
  • please manually upload release report to teamcenter and assign for approval. If you have no rights - please send the report to DPPS coordinator.
