Include molecularprofiles package into calibpipe

Functionality of molecular profiles pkg is necessary for molecular atmosphere calibration. It would be good then to include it within calibpipe. First step would be to include the package and second to modify it in order to conform with DPPS standards (coding style, unit tests etc). Some enhancements in functionality will be also required.

An important issue here is that the package is currently unlicensed.
