Molecular extinction

Molecular extinction comes from either absorption or Rayleigh scattering. A group from Croatia will provide us with molecular absorption tables created with MODTRAN. MODTRAN actually includes both absorption and scattering so need to be careful not to double count things) That will probably take some time, and it will require input from our side (reference atmospheric profiles). A communication will be established to clarify few issues.

In the meanwhile, for DPPS release 0: Shall we produce extinction tables for release 0? Maybe it will be interesting, since unlike the molecular profiles, extinction will be better digested in simtel level. It will currently include contribution only from Rayleigh scattering.
