Unspecified output of the "request_das" tool

Summary

Upon launching request_das tool with default arguments it creates two files:

• control.json file with the DAS request
• download_dir binary file

This latter is an unexpected and undocumented behavior, the tool should return a series of grib2 files with DAS data.
