To implement way to configure all possible values during muon calibration

Summary

Muon calibration uses ctapipe classes which have a lot of configurable values. Currently there are still a few values which can not be configured during optical throughput calibration.

What is the expected correct behavior?

All configurable variables from classes which are used in the calibration process should have possibility to be configured by the user.

Need to add argument while creating configurable class instances inside class MuonCalibrator:

config = self.config
