Telescope type retrieval in config (solving for the Issue #77)

Description

Added functionality to MuonCalibrator constructor, which now will update on the fly traitlets.config with telescope_type value from input data and appropriate hole_radius_m. After this procedure, there is no warning about mismatching telescope types from the Issue #77 (closed).

Through tests in the calibpipe/tests/unittests/throughput/test_throughput_calibrator.py
