Cat-C reprocessing

Summary

Two changes:

  • I added titles for alternative and exception scenarios.
  • I changed the numbering convention for the exception as the previous one was broken in markdown rendering due to the automated numbering (1. 4. 5. becomes 1. 2. 3. which was also confusing).
