Update request list

Summary

I updated the request list, removed ill-defined document reference (RDxx are document-specific numbers and cannot be used as global reference, only document names can) and added some requests:

  • DPPS interfaces (should be ok with the DPPS architecture)
  • DPPS workflow (should be ok with the DPPS architecture)
  • DPPS Requirement Specification Document
