Specify actors from database access

Summary

The interactions with the CalibPipe database (human actors, other pipelines) should be well detailed in the actors list as these interactions directly correspond to use cases. It is the responsibility of the CalibPipe to provide a user interface connecting the database to other (sub-)systems. Accesses from different pipelines may correspond to different use cases as the queries will be different.
