New actors list for the CalibPipe

Summary

In order to have a more accurate representation of actors for the CalibPipe use cases a new actors list, specific the the CalibPipe and its interactions, has been created.

• New actors list, specific to the CalibPipe (more detailed) with some starting examples.
• Added the DPPS sub-systems in the global actors list.

Disclaimer

• I tried to give an example of the form the file should have in my opinion but do not hesitate to suggest modifications of the template (level of details, layout etc).
• Some information may be not accurate or not precise enough, please say it if it is the case.
