Add Pointing Calibration use case

Summary

We need to have a UseCase in the Camera Calibration for the pointing calibration. CalibPipe needs to trigger pointing calibration use-case using the StarTracker method once the relative gain has been calculated or using monitoring devices. The result is a correction to the initial pointing that should already be part of the monitoring data at this step.
