prod: why not clean up all "stop" transformations ?

Transformations in "stop" status are treated by Transformation/RequestTaskAgent and WorkflowTaskAgent -> make a lot of query on TMngr/TDB.

It can add load on TMngr. Why not clean, complete or archive them ?
