Replace bitnami images

Bitnami images and charts are no longer public, and public versions are in a different legacy dockerhub organization. We need to change some image prefixes.

Even though dirac9+x upgrade is nearing completion, this is a maintainance fix in case we need to keep dirac8 for next DPPS if integration of new WMS takes longer than expected. Also, this fix will be needed also
