Make a tag and an release in gitlab.

For successful release, verify, by inspecting release report:

• SonarQube QA gates pass
• Dependencies updated to required versions
• Planned all UCs and Requirements satisfied

Artifacts a produced by the toolkit pipelines:

• Helm charts
• Container images
• CWL
• Documentation
• Release report
  • upload release report to teamcenter and assign for approval.
