Array trigger should be coupled to layouts

The Array trigger is currently set as a normal model parameter of the site. However, it is closely coupled to the layout simulated. Any layout we define has to have a specific trigger definition attached. I suggest to remove the parameter and perhaps add a definition in the layouts json file (or some other way to couple the two).
