Calibration devices model is lacking/wrong

We don't have a model for the illuminator, so the values are not realistic. Also the current parameters listed under ILLN/ILLS do not all correspond to it. For example, the dark_events, laser_events and probably a few other (all?) laser_ parameters belong to standalone sim_telarray and not to the illuminators.

This will probably be fixed when we add real calibration devices, but it's important to note anyway.
