Create DL1 symlinks and avoid removing the files kept in running_analysis directory

Right after moving all analysis products when running closer (closer.py in turn calls utils/register.py) symlinks to DL1 files are created in running_analysis directory to allow for potential new DL2 reprocessings with different prod ID
