DL2 subdir in running analysis

Daniel Morcuende requested to merge dl2_dir into master

In order to avoid writing dl2 files corresponding to different cleaning in the same directory, dl2 files will now be saved in a subdirectory that corresponds to its cleaning level (options.dl2_prod_id specified in the cfg file).
