Draft: Add site information to subarrays

For loading the correct file for the telescope positions, it would be good to include the site information in the subarray definitions.

The site is defined in a draft of the data products data model, with values CTAO-North and CTAO-South, but the scheduler enum in the released common data models uses CTAN_N and CTAO_S, so this is what I put here.
