Update document with respect to word template: changes due to teamcenter migration

  • Remove signature fields from front page
  • Remove document number
  • Remove revision/issue/version

This is in line with the current word template and how the teamcenter process works (Assigning numbers and versions automatically, review and release process in teamcenter)
