get rid of unnecessary \makeglossaries
uses \glsxtraaddallcrossrefs
to achieve the same result as having a \makeglossaries
entry before each use of \see
This replaces the method shown here:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/LaTeX/Glossary#Separate_Glossary_and_List_of_Acronyms
with a final call to \glsxtraaddallcrossrefs
, which seems to work.
Note this does not yet fix the cross-referencing problem #1 (closed) that all entries that have an abbreviation end up in the glossary, even if they are not used.
