Fix glossary document

Maximilian Linhoff requested to merge fix_glossary_document into main

The FullGlossary document didn't include the Glossary: ... in the list of acronyms, as apparently, glsaddall doesn't mark an acronym as "used", this will only happen once the text of the long-form of the acronym has actually appeard, or, like we do here, explicitly calling \glsunset for all acronyms.
