Added missing scheduling and AO/CfP terms

  • added LTS and TOO
  • moved AO from general (official) to computing (local definition) until we have a real def
  • added CfP (call for proposals)
  • fixed definition of DL4, which was missing words (Fixes #17 (closed))

@MatthiasFuessling can you take a look and see if this is ok for now? This is just to have some initial definitions we need for soon-to-be-released documents, until we have access to the "real" CTAO glossary
