Add ability to define file-level common attributes

  • Use the __common__ key to define attributes like source: that should be applied to all entries that are missing that attribute.
  • also stores a auto-generated key __glossary-file__ with the name of the source file, so round-tripping to Excel is possible.
  • Cleaned up all glossary files to use ctao-computing as the source
