Simple gantt chart

Generate simple gantt chart from gitlab API issues

It is not totally clear if this functionality should be part of the AIV toolkit, since one key use of the toolkit is included CIs.

But, it is something that is needed for AIV (integration, verification). And I anticipate further funtionality using gitlab API in CI to verify labels for UCs, etc. So it is very much related.
