Draft: Adaptations testcluster

Syed Anwar Ul Hasan requested to merge adaptations-testcluster into ctao

The changes needed to the RUCIO helm chart in order to use values for the Test cluster..

As discussed with @syedanwarul.hasan today, this would include changes across several repositories

  • create new values file in bdms repo setting what is needed in all sub-charts
  • where needed, add further templating in bdms repo, cert-generator, and rucio charts
