Feature/update documentation

The pipeline passed. Locally it works for me.

It is probably not complete cause I didn't write any introductory text on muons/camera, simply put the mindmaps. I think it is better that people that work on a calibration task add few words there.

Also the developers installation guide is incomplete. But I want to see if it works and the pages are created correctly, and then I can continue there.
