Description

Remove from the coverage calculation the external code which is temporarily packaged with the calibpipe

None, issue is trivial: coverage was ill-calculated

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally, the coverage increased from about 40% to 80% after the exclusion of calibpipe/atmosphere/external
