Provides fixes to test, plus additional tests. Some tests are expected to fail, and marked accordingly.

This pull request provides the output needed by simpipe in DPPS release 0, i.e.

  • An atmospheric profile input file having the format and the input needed for Corsika. The data in the file come from GDAS (up to 27km) and an atmospheric model from Tenerife.
  • Model selection. The selection is based on the current date.
