Description

This merge request implements a basic CI job (linting) which sets up the most recent ctapipe development environment in the kubernetes pod and runs pylint over the code. It also shows how to store/use artifacts (and uses project badges which will be available as soon as this request will be merged).

The test job in CI succeeds.
