Optical throughput config

Description

Added new config file (calibpipe/doc/source/examples/throughput/configurations/throughput_configuration.yaml) with all configurable variables which are using, or can be used, during optical throughput calculation with muons.

How Has This Been Tested?

I was changing step by step all values and looking if they have influence on the calculations.
