Muon calibration UseCase updates

Summary

Need to provide changes to DPPS-UC-120-2.1 and DPPS-UC-120-2.2, particularly:

• First of all, need to update these UC to one common template (I will use AtmosphericCalibration UC as a references).
• Update of these UC to be consistent with what CalibPipe should/should not do.
• Update and finalisation of the working scenario that will reflect what the Muon Calibration code will do.
• Other minor changes
