Use case list 1.0

Description

I created the first version of our use case list.

Use cases are deduced from the list of DPPS requirements specific to the CalibPipe that can be found here.

There are for now 13 different use cases with camera and array calibration, IRF production, and database accesses. Each time, related DPPS requirements are referenced when relevant.

The file also contains the list of requirements that have not been included, i.e. that do not correspond to any use case.
