Feature/decompose mol atmosphere

Atomisation of molecular atmosphere calibration usecases. The focus is on the usecases to be implemented in DPPS release 0. Therefore, molecular atmosphere calibration for run wise simulations is discussed, but not particular usecase is added. In case we want to include run wise sim in this merge request, we will need 2 additional usecases, variations of UC-DPPS-CP-110 and UC-DPPS-CP-112.
