Changed use case `calib_parameter_delivery.md`

Description

The use case has been re-written completely and is now more specific:

  • Category-B data only.
  • Simulation data and IRFs are not considered, only calibration from real data.

Accordingly to the changes cited above, the use case name has been changed: Calibration Parameter Delivery → Real data calibration parameters for cat-B data
