Change Owner to contact

See also similar change in parent repo. All UCs are owned by the DPPS management, but here we want to track the author/contact person.

@mdalchen When you have merged this and !69 (merged) , please open an MR to bump the CalibPipe submodule in the dpps-use-cases repo. Also feel free to make any changes to the contact person if needed.
