Review of Site parameters and related workflows

This PR discusses Site-related parameter and related workflows.

Notes:

• look only at ./parameters/Site.yml and the corresponding workflows in ./workflows
• ignore changes in ./parameters/Photon_conversion.yml (typo changes or minor adaption of keywords / schema)
• completely ignore the changes to ./parameters/Structure.yml. Moved there the telescope_sphere_radius and telescope_axes_height parameters from the Site file, as they are derived from the telescope structure.
• minor: still trying to develop a consistent approach of when to use snake_case, CamelCase, or start keywords with capital letters.
