Script to extract cwl from workflow definition files

Not sure if this needed to be saved, but let's keep also this script for now: it extracts the information from the workflows directories into CWL format (one file per workflow and method). This is then moved to the workflows repository, see this pull request.

If the export was correct, we will never use this script again and this is simply for the record.
